Method of prepaparation
  
     Put the frozen Pelmeni in lightly salted boiling water /the heat at moderate temperature, not at maximum/ After the Pelmeni come to the surface, boil 8 - 9 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then drain and serve with dressing to your taste.

     Pelmeni are a classic Russian dish. In form of crescent moon from douh with  filling from meat or vegetables the Pelmeni can be  served boiled or frieed as a main dish, but also as side dish or supplement for soups.
      Most often the Pelmeni are served doused with melted butter and cream and sprinkled with dill.
